TRIMOS Labc universal length measuring machine can guarantee high-precision full-scale absolute measurement. No measuring block is needed to calibrate the instrument before measuring any size gauge. There is no transmission error (reference error of the measuring block, which is not isothermal error with the measured part, secondary clamping, multiple alignment Error, etc.). Greatly improve the measurement efficiency and ensure measurement accuracy. The measuring force is continuously adjustable from 0 to 12N. The principle of the force measuring sensor avoids the error of measuring force caused by the old-fashioned weight loading due to the unevenness of the instrument table and the surrounding environment. The probe has good coaxiality, so it is not necessary to adjust the probe for multiple center adjustments before measuring the workpiece. The universal table can slide and lock freely along the X axis of the instrument guide. Conveniently adjust the clamp and measure various length measuring tools such as gauge blocks, smooth (threaded) ring plug gauges, snap gauges, calibration rods, rulers, and meters. The verification efficiency is very high and the user is extensive.
